Hawk Walks

An opportunity to walk with a hawk in its natural hunting environment and includes:

Coffee and Meet the Falconer

Introduction to the bird and equipment

Lunch in a local hostelry

Hawkwalk with your Falconer and Hawk

The length of the day will be determined by weather and daylight conditions

Half Day (Lunch not included) £60.00 per person

Full day (Lunch included) £110.00 per person

Handling Days

Spend a day meeting various Owls and Birds of Prey. The day will start at 10.30 with coffee followed by an introduction to the birds and a tour of the aviaries. You will then be introduced to the equipment used to handle the birds and have to opportunity to practice using it.

After lunch you will be taken by a handler to meet several birds and experience handling them. (Gauntlets will be provided)

At the end of the afternoon the birds will be fed and locked away before you depart from what we hope will have been a memorable day in the World of Birds of Prey.

This can also be booked as a Half Day without lunch, either morning or afternoon.

Prices start from £60.00

Please note that during wet weather the birds will be unable to fly. Please come in footwear to cope with muddy or wet conditions.
